ace55 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ace55 platform, including the website, mobile application, game lobby, sports betting section, promotions and any other services offered under the ace55 brand. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether or not you have created an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ace55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use ace55 after an update is published, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ace55 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that covers the ace55 platform.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any organisation that notifies ace55 of such registrations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ace55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Until satisfactory proof is provided, access to real-money play and withdrawals may be restricted. Any winnings accumulated during a period where age has not been verified may be withheld pending verification.

Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of ace55 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on ace55 you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid Pakistan mobile number and other basic information as prompted during the sign-up process.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, complete and up to date. ace55 may require you to verify your identity, mobile number or payment method at any stage. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawals or account access.

One account per person is strictly enforced. You may not hold more than one account on the ace55 platform, whether in your own name, a variation of your name or under any other identity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace55 reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts and withhold any associated winnings pending review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ace55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. 4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on ace55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your ace55 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ace55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network issues or bank processing times outside of ace55's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Deposit page and may differ by payment method.
• ace55 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• ace55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. ace55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and applies to all accounts.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated at the time of request. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• ace55 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's risk systems.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incomplete verification will be held in a pending state. ace55 will notify you of any documentation required. Pending withdrawals will be processed promptly once all required information has been provided and verified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ace55 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. General bonus rules that apply across all ace55 promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real money is wagered first before bonus funds unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to a stated wagering requirement rather than as immediate real-money balance.
• ace55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-claim, any qualifying progress already made by the player will be honoured at ace55's discretion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The ace55 sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, kabaddi, esports and other markets as available. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the sports betting section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed, particularly for in-play markets.
• ace55 reserves the right to limit, suspend or void betting markets at any time, including in cases of irregular market movements, match uncertainty or data feed errors.
• In-play bets that are submitted during a period of disrupted data feed may be voided at ace55's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per market are stated within the betting interface and may vary by sport, event and player account.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance once the relevant event result is confirmed and settled. Settlement times vary by sport and event type.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed or otherwise voided, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the sports betting rules section.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly set at incorrect levels due to a technical or human error — will not be honoured. ace55 reserves the right to void any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

8. Casino & Slot Games

The ace55 game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, crash games, table games in RNG format and other game categories as added from time to time. All games are supplied by third-party game providers and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) rates and rules set by each provider.

ace55 does not control the outcome of any game. All results in RNG (random number generator) games are determined by the game software and are not influenced by ace55 or the player's previous results. 9. VIP Programme

The ace55 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Tier progression is based on real-money wagering activity across all eligible game types and sports betting markets. Points accumulate automatically and tier reviews are conducted on a rolling basis.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, weekly rebates and any additional privileges — are subject to change at ace55's discretion with reasonable notice.
• VIP status does not constitute a guaranteed entitlement to any specific benefit and may be adjusted if a player's activity level changes significantly.
• Cashback and rebate payments are credited to your account balance on the schedule stated within the VIP programme page. These payments are made as real-money funds unless otherwise specified.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player.
• ace55 reserves the right to remove VIP status from any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including accounts involved in bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any other prohibited conduct.

10. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use ace55 in good faith and in a manner that does not disrupt other users, the platform or its staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one player account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs or pricing errors to generate profits unfairly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward ace55 staff or other users.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with ace55.

ace55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to withhold or void any funds or winnings associated with such conduct pending full investigation.

11. Account Closure

You may close your ace55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in your account that has cleared all applicable conditions will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method.

ace55 reserves the right to close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• A violation of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no real-money activity.
• age or identity verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the player.

Where an account is closed by ace55 due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings or funds associated with the violation may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not involved in any prohibited activity will be returned through the original payment method wherever possible.

12. Privacy

ace55 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 13. Limitation of Liability

ace55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the platform operates without interruption, ace55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

• ace55 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, data errors or delays outside of its direct control.
• ace55 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to wager real money. Gambling involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• ace55 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from actions taken by third parties who gain access to a player's account.
• In no event shall ace55's liability to any player exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

ace55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, ace55 may also notify registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ace55 platform after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

15. Responsible Gaming
